We create the
capability to act.

A temporary, focused engineering and management unit for critical industrial missions. We take ownership of a defined task — and lead it through to execution.

Starting point

Complexity fragments the ability to act.

Industrial projects and supply chains reach situations in which the line organization no longer has sufficient capability to act. A supplier fails. A second source becomes necessary. Manufacturing capacity is insufficient. Quality, schedules and costs drift apart. Long-lead items, procurement, engineering, manufacturing and project schedules are no longer synchronized.

The resources are often fundamentally available — but distributed, fragmented, overloaded or not aligned with the specific task.

Industrial Task Force

A temporary unit for a specific mission.

It is taken out of normal day-to-day business and assigned to a defined mission, bringing together the required resources across functions. It works across organizational boundaries — where Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Quality, Manufacturing, Expediting and Project Management alone are not enough.

01

Engineering

Technical clarification, interfaces and feasibility — not as an assessment, but to create impact.

02

Sourcing & Procurement

Open up supply markets, identify manufacturers and support procurement through to execution.

03

Supplier Management

Qualify, develop and stabilize — from second supplier to recovery.

04

Quality & Manufacturing

Technical qualification, industrialization, production ramp-up and performance.

05

Expediting

Drive delivery dates, long-lead items, capacity reservations and escalations.

06

Project Management

Project and procurement synchronization as a continuous leadership responsibility.

The individual discipline is not the product. What matters is their effective integration in a specific industrial situation.
Capability & Execution

We create the capability to act.

Capability is the actually available ability of a system to achieve a specific effect — not theoretical knowledge, isolated resources or a list of competencies. The Task Force integrates the resources required for a mission through Task · Leadership · Responsibility and organizes the mission around the concrete outcome.

Outcome

Critical projects rarely fail because resources are unavailable. They lose their capability to act because resources, decisions and responsibility are fragmented. The Task Force integrates the required resources around a clearly defined task — with leadership, responsibility and execution.

Operating principle

Focused integration turns fragmented resources into coordinated execution.

Mission portfolio

Six missions. One responsibility.

Second Source Mission

Identify, assess, qualify, develop and industrialize alternative sources of supply. A second supplier is not a search result.

SOURCE · ASSESS · SELECT · QUALIFY · DEVELOP · PERFORM

Supplier Recovery Mission

Stabilize critical suppliers and restore performance: technical, quality, schedule, capacity and delivery issues, escalations and corrective-action management.

STABILIZE · DEVELOP · RESTORE PERFORMANCE

Industrialization & Localization Mission

Produkte, Manufacturingen oder Lieferketten an neuen Standorten bzw. mit neuen Partnern aufbauen und in stabile industrielle Leistung überführen.

SUPPLIER BASE · MANUFACTURING · QUALIFICATION · RAMP-UP · PERFORMANCE

Critical Project Mission

Kritische Beschaffungs-, Manufacturings- und Lieferketten eines Industrieprojekts koordinieren und absichern.

LONG-LEAD · CAPACITY RESERVATION · EXPEDITING · SYNC

Sourcing & Procurement Mission

Liefermärkte erschließen, geeignete Hersteller identifizieren und die Beschaffung technisch und kommerziell bis zur Execution begleiten.

MARKET · MANUFACTURER · COMMERCIAL · EXECUTION

Supplier Development

Bring suppliers to industrial performance in terms of technology, quality, capacity and schedule — as an assigned task, not as a recommendation.

What sets us apart

Not manpower — capability to act.

Consulting

Analyzes a problem and recommends measures. Often ends with a report.

Staffing / Freelancing

Provides an individual resource or competence. No overall responsibility.

Industrial Task Force

Übernimmt eine definierte industrielle Mission und führt die notwendigen Resources zum Ergebnis. Verkauft nicht Stunden, sondern Work.

The maker

PRDM — by results.

Resource integration happens because someone takes on a task, decides, leads and assumes responsibility. The measure is not activity, hours or presentations, but the impact achieved.

P

Put you in

Enter the real situation. Do not comment from a distance.

R

Realize

Situation, Zusammenhänge, Resources, Restriktionen und Handlungsspielräume erfassen.

D

Decide

Set priorities, determine direction and turn possibilities into decisions.

M

Manage

Align resources, people, suppliers, schedules, quality, costs and interfaces with the objective.

Typical triggers

When the Task Force becomes relevant.

A supplier fails or delivery becomes critical
A second source becomes necessary
Capacity is insufficient
Quality or schedules escalate
Manufacturing oder Lieferkette wird verlagert
Ein kritisches Project verliert die Kontrolle
Operating model

Small core. Large reach. Mission configured.

The Task Force does not need to permanently own all resources. A small accountable core takes responsibility for Mission Leadership, Problem Ownership, planning, coordination, customer leadership and outcome control.

The resources required for the specific mission are integrated as needed: Engineering, materials engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supplier Quality, NDT, Logistik, Commercial, local specialists, manufacturers and industrial partners.

Capability entsteht nicht durch den Besitz von Resources, sondern durch die Fähigkeit, to mobilize, integrate and lead them for a specific task.
